CATERING AT THE HALL

There are three options for having a catered event at The Hall by Bel’s Kitchen. Below are options for Autumn/Winter 2020/21.

Option 1. Sharing dishes: A variety of tapas style dishes will be placed in the middle of your table. Each table will sit a maximum of 6 (or 8 if regulations change regarding Covid 19) people for the food to be shared between. Please see below for three possible menu’s for autumn/winter 2020/21.

Option 2. Three Course Sit Down Supper: Each guest will pre-select three courses from a set menu. Please see below for menu’s.

Option 3. Celebration Dinner: A bespoke four or five course menu will be designed by the host and Bel’s Kitchen. Email isy@belskitchen.co.uk with what you have in mind. I will get back to you with menu ideas, from there we can build the perfect supper for your celebration.

Gnocchi A’La Romana, Grilled Radicchio, Gorgonzola Piccante & Parsley

Deep fried Cuttle fish, Preserved Lemon Aioli, Chilli & Herbs

Main Course

Slow Roast Pork Belly, Cannellini Beans, Fennel Seeds, Roast Carrots & Salsa Verde

Roast Buttermilk Chicken, Rosemary Polenta, Sprouts, Shallots, Smoked Pancetta & Chestnuts

Fennel, Potato & Parmesan Gratin, Chicory, Celery & Walnut Salad
